ICT NETWORK ENGINEER

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Engineer looking for a diverse and challenging change along with progression within the IT industry. It is a full time permanent role with opportunity for progression. 

Proven experience required:
• Windows 10/11 professional, enterprise and education
• Windows Server 2012 R2 to 2022 along with Active Directory and Group Policy usage 
• Cloud services including Azure, Office 365 and Google
• Comms experience with access points, switches and firewalls
• System upgrades, integration and rollouts
• General computer, application and network device troubleshooting
• 2nd and 3rd line technical support

You will need:
• a minimum of 7 years’ experience 
• To own your own car 
• to be based within 20 miles of the offices 
• be able to move between ongoing tasks confidently and be methodical in your approach 
• to thrive on challenges and on occasion cope with the pressure of client demands 
• be presentable and eloquent as will be client facing 
• to be able to work in isolation as well as in a team environment 

This is a really diverse role with future potential paying a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending upon experience.


HELPDESK ENGINEER ( 1st / 2nd Line )

This full or part-time role will be to provide technical administration, helpdesk and support services on and off site.
Face to face client interaction will be expected. The range of expertise will need to be in Windows 10/11, Cloud services, system upgrades, pc troubleshooting and network administration. Experience in 1st and some 2nd line support is essential. 
 
This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to technically grow whilst having exposure to a wide array of industries and environments.  
 
The role: 
• Helpdesk network support services and administration 
• 1st and 2nd line Support
• Proven Windows, cloud services, Network admin, systems upgrades, PC troubleshooting  experience
• Remote and some face to face support across multiple sites.
• Working within different environments and industries 
• Exposure to the latest and greatest technologies 
• Progression into 2nd /3rd line support 
  
The person: 
• To be able to work in isolation (with support) as well as in a team environment 
* Very methodical 
• Own your own car 
• Locally based 
• Prepared to travel within an 80 mile radius of Head Office
